Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2 and above years of experience in digital marketing, preferablyinthe beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry.

• 2 and above of experience in sales, marketing coordination, or client relations in the beauty or wellness sector.

• 2 and above of experience in sales, retail, or client consultation, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury services industry.

Skills:

​​​

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to upsell treatments, memberships, and retail products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships.

• Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), email marketing, and content creation.

• Experience with website management, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

• Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) and video editing.

• Knowledge of influencer marketing, paid advertising strategies, and audience targeting. Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust campaigns accordingly.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with CRM software, appointment booking systems, and basic digital marketing.  Strong networking, sales, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks, events, and promotions.  Experience working with vendors, beauty professionals, and clients.

• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and salon/spa services.

• Knowledge of spa, salon, and aesthetic treatments (skincare, facials, laser, injectables, etc.) is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, appointment scheduling software, and POS systems. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Professional, well-groomed appearance to represent the brand positively.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on client demand.

• Can do tie-ups and partnerships with different clients.
